Q1.   My name details are too long to fit on the Badge Designer, how do I give you my details?

A1.    Simply type in the letters: XXX on each line that your name won't fit into. Go to checkout and type in the name that you want in the comments box. We will be able to accommodate your name/details on your badge.

Q2.  What size is the badge?

A2.  The size is a standard 72mm x 29mm, with raduised corners.

Q3.   What is the offer code box for in the Badge Designer?

A3.    We have made a decision to support carers and nurses. They are given a special offer code, to allow them to obtain badges at a reduced rate. It is the very least we can do to help this very worthy profession.

Q4.  How can you supply these badges at  the cost you advertise? Surely there is a catch?

A4.   No catch! By using the internet, and state of the art plastic machining and laser engraving equipment, we can supply you with a top quality product at a truly incredible price.

Q5.  How will my badge be sent to me?

A5.  Your badge comes ready for you to affix either the pin or magnetic fixing, (see products and pricing). All fixings have a self adhesive tab on them, and take a matter of seconds to attach. A full instruction sheet is included. Royal Mail Letter post is used. For UK users there is a Special Delivery option, at extra cost.

Q6.  I am looking for more than just the 3 badges offered in the 'Groups and Societies' page. How can I order more, and what is the pricing?

A6.  Go to the 'Corporate' page and use the Email facility to get in touch with us. We will be able to take things on from there for you. Pricing is dependant on quantity and other factors. You may like to have your logo on the badge, and have a different font.

Q7.  What guarantee do you offer on ensuring correct spelling on badges?

A7.  We are sufficiently confident of our system to offer a no quibble replacement of any badge with misspelt words, even if you typed them in to us incorrectly. Simply send back the badge, within 10 days, with the original delivery note and the wording you want, (including correct case, upper or lower). We will replace immediately, complete with fixing and free of charge.
